Brown as executor of the estate of Wilson S. Crosby, beneficiaries under the trust, against George W. Atmore, as guardian ad litem of the two minor children of Thomas C. Crosby, and the First & American National Bank of Duluth as trustee, for a determination that petitioners are entitled to share equally the net rents and profits from lands in the estate of decedent during the period of probate administration.
